Hotel is at good location to reach. Rooms were clean and well managed. From Room check inn to check out all staff were very supportive. Breakfast at Restaurant was good and service was on top by restaurant staff.mirchi restaurant on 12th floor has very nice ambience and buffet is very tasty

Tonight i am staying at Reme International Hotel, Surat, as an alternative to the Marriott, which was fully booked. While the initial impression of the hotel was promising, with clean rooms and a seemingly decent spa, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. Upon my arrival at 10 PM, I intended to have a relaxing evening with a shower and a hot drink before retiring for the night. I ordered a decaf tea or coffee, but due to a language barrier, the staff did not understand my request, even when I repeated it in Hindi. Ultimately, I asked for slices of lemon for hot water, which I assumed would be a straightforward request. About 20 minutes later, a staff member came to my room to inform me that they needed to clean it—clearly, there had been a misunderstanding. I proceeded to shower, only to discover there was no hot water. After running the water for a few minutes, I contacted reception and was told to let it run for five minutes. It took ten minutes before I could shower with hot water. Next, I attempted to charge my phone but found the adapter did not fit the sockets. When I requested an adapter from reception, I was told they didn’t have one but would send a three-pin extension board. After waiting for 30 minutes and making several follow-up calls, I finally received the requested adapter after two hours of frustration and miscommunication that involved the night manager. The lack of understanding, despite their insistence on speaking English, was a significant source of my dissatisfaction. Additionally, the spa facilities were disappointing. There were only two therapists available, and they refused to open the door. The pool, jacuzzi, and steam facilities were closed. Although the day manager helped me find an alternative place for a massage, this experience added to my overall dissatisfaction. In conclusion, while there were one or two helpful staff members, including the manager, the overall lack of competence and common sense displayed by the staff led to a frustrating and disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel to others seeking a smooth and hassle-free experience.
